Online Workshops on Lidar Algorithms

During the IX WLMLA in Santos, Brazil, the Lalinet community decided to hold online meetings to develop the algorithm. This would be a way of keeping things moving between the presential algorithm workshops, which have been difficult to organize. Pablo Ristori is responsible for organizing these meetings and is preparing a report after each one.
