IAG-USP

This is the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences (http://www.iag.usp.br) of the University of São Paulo (http://www.usp.br). They have one of the traditional postgraduate programs in meteorology in Brazil, which covers basically all possible areas of meteorology. INPE-CPTEC

This is the Center for Weather Forecast and Climate Studies (http://www.cptec.inpe.br) of the National Institute of Space Research (http://www.inpe.br). They have at least two postgraduate programs that might be of interest. 

The postgraduate program on Meteorology is one of the traditional in Brasil and they develop research lines close to those of CPTEC. The postgraduate program on Earth System Sciences has as main areas observation and modeling of ocean, atmosphere, cryosphere and biosphere, and their interactions, considering the human component. Cliamb is the postgraduate program in Climate and the Environment offered as a partnership between the National Institute of Amazon Research (http://www.inpa.br) and the State University of Amazonas (http://www.uea.edu.br). UNIFESP

The Federal University of São Paulo (http://www.unifesp.br) has a postgraduate program on Integrated Environmental Analysis. The National University of Mexico (http://www.unam.mx/ has a postgraduate program on Earth Sciences which involves researchers from different departments, including the Department of Atmospheric Sciences.
