Measurement Protocol

LALINET stations should measure on these GALION measurement days: 

• MONDAYS (12 Z - 15 Z) and

• THURSDAYS (21 Z - 24 Z)

Our measurement protocol also includes:

1. Filling out the monthly LOG sheet. There you should give the Station status (Operational/Not Operational/Maintenance), the person responsible for the station operation, and his/her email. This person will be responsible for data acquisition and data transfer/formatting. 

2. Routine QA measurements. To guarantee the data quality of the measurements performed in Lalinet, all stations should performed routine QA tests as discussed on Rascado et al., JSTP (2016) and Rascado et al., IEEE (2014).
